PLZ GmbH is an independent company, funded in 2012, active in the research and acquisition of investment properties, based in Zurich, Switzerland.

Based on a mathematical and risk assessment methodology, PLZ GmbH identifies the most interesting investment properties in Switzerland.

PLZ GmbH manages the complete investment process, from research to acquisition. Services include the calculation of the potential rent and return, visit of the property, due diligence & risk evaluation, negotiation, financing, acquisition and notarial procedures, search and installation of tenants. 

We use the best research, analysis and financing tools developed by us or available on the market, which enable us to meet our clients' profitability requirements.
 

Management

Philippe Lasser is a specialist in modelling large amounts of data for investment decisions. He has worked in several banks and investment companies in Geneva and Zurich.

He created and managed for 16 years the Electronic Trading division of NBF International S.A., an affiliate company of the National Bank of Canada.

He is the founder of PLZ GmbH and has been Managing Director since its foundation in 2012. He manages the LGAS private real estate investment fund, which owns apartments and residential properties in Switzerland and uses the PLZ GmbH mathematical model.
